Julie Hatfield-Still has spent over two decades empowering student-athletes—and the adults who guide them—to grow stronger, more resilient, and happier both in sport and in life. As the Founder and President of Beyond The Game Alliance, Julie created a world-class support system for youth—one that nurtures not just performance, but purpose, emotional strength, and mental toughness.
She's worked across nonprofit leadership, high-performance coaching, business development, and youth fitness, helping female and male athletes build confidence and long-term well-being amid today’s high-pressure sports culture.
Before launching Beyond The Game Alliance, Julie held executive roles at the International Youth Coaching Association, founded Strong Women U and J Hatfield Fitness, and has coached thousands through training programs, masterminds, and community-based initiatives.
